The Chromorphous Android App (the App) does not collect, record, transmit, sell, or receive any information from the user or the device used to run the App. No personal information is required to download or run the App. No device information is required to run the App. We have no way to collect this information and, frankly, we don’t want to collect any information from any user; we are just hoping that you enjoy the usefulness of the App to communicate with your Chromorphous devices.

We do not have any Ad partners. We do not participate in Ad revenue from the Google Play Store. We do not keep any kind of records of any user who has downloaded the App and we do not keep any records of when, how, or how much the App is used.

However, it is important to note that when installing the App, you will be required to allow the App access to your “Fine Location.” Although this information is neither recorded nor transmitted, allowing this permission on your Android phone is required to allow Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) devices to connect to your phone. We have no way of collecting this information. This App may be used regardless of whether your phone or device is connected to Wi-Fi, cellular data, or nothing at all. You do not need any sort of data connection because no data is being transmitted or received. However, your Chromorphous device contains a BLE device that requires “Fine Location” access in order to establish a connection between your device and the Chromorphous device.
